We take great care in handling the shipping process to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. 

A lot of our dresses are specially handcrafted for our customers. Your custom request can be Made To Order in 2 weeks' lead time. However, with the business growing, we now also have a range of Ready To Ship items available in various sizes, all of which can be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

All dresses are True To Size. Please be very careful with the measurements before placing orders.

Our garments go through an extensive quality check before shipping. Once an order is placed, we cannot offer any Exchange or Returns.

However, in the event that you receive a different or defected item, you can always ask for Refund.

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without having been approved by the team, will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
